Procedure
- Cut the sweet potatoes in half and marinate in a mixture of olive oil, spices, salt and lemon juice. Bake at 180 °C for 45 minutes.
- While the potatoes are baking, mix together the sauce ingredients.
- Spread the diced tomatoes and chickpeas on top of the baked and slightly cooled sweet potatoes and pour over the sauce.
